(3) Natural Genuine Diamonds – Old European Cut – Bezel Set – H/I Color – VS1 to SI1 Clarity – 1.22ctw approx. (24) Natural Genuine Diamonds – Rose Cut – Pave Set – 0.70ctw approx. 61.15mm (2.40). 4.6mm (not including the pin). Antique, ALL ORIGINAL, Edwardian era piece with light preserved patina. Excellent, ready to wear condition! This very nice, all original, Edwardian era bar pin / brooch was crafted in solid 14k yellow gold and features very fine and detailed milgrain etching work throughout its solid. The pin is set with three excellent quality old European cut diamonds which total approximately 1.22 carats in weight. They have near-colorless H/I color and solidly eye-clean VS1 to SI1 clarity. The large diamonds are then accented by a straight line of 24 rose cut diamonds that weigh approximately 0.70 carats in total and add a rich and authentic antique touch to this piece. Each of the 3 large diamonds, along with the rose cut stones, are framed with gorgeous milgrain etching. The pin on the back as well as the locking closure are in perfect and secure working condition. A REALLY CHARMING ANTIQUE EDWARDIAN PERIOD YELLOW GOLD GARNET SET BAR BROOCH, GOLD SAFETY CHAIN – C1910S. FULLY STAMPED & 5.4 GRAMS. A REALLY STUNNING ANTIQUE BROOCH & THE PERFECT GIFT! The brooch is fitted with a gold safety chain and is exceptionally original. This brooch probably dates from C1910/15s and weighs 5.4 grams. The gold content is tested as lower grade and is possibly 9ct, but maybe mixed with other metals as in early rolled gold items. It is stamped to the clasp. The stones have not been tested and whilst they appear to be authentic, this is not guaranteed and they maybe glass. The simple bar clasp is stamped with the assay mark. And appears to be the original. Measures 1.25 in diameter and is 0.75 in depth. The safety chain measures 2.0 in length. The total weight is 5.4 grams. This item is in vintage condition 1/2. The setting is in really good order and all of the elements are undamaged, although there is age related scratching to the metal work. The marks are fully visible.
