A very lovely quality antique bar brooch consisting of a narrow gold bar set in the centre with a beautiful oval faceted emerald in a rub over setting with a small claw set white, clear and fiery old cut diamond set at each side. Can’t see a stamp but often these antique items weren’t marked but tested as to being 15 carat gold. The brooch measures 45.40mm in length and is 5.35mm in width at the emerald. Weight 3.00 grams.
